The difference between building and shipping.

Writing software and shipping software can look like the same thing from the outside. They are not.

Building focuses on making something work. Shipping adds another layer: deciding what matters, removing what does not, testing assumptions and making the result usable by someone other than yourself.

The constraint is useful

When everything is possible, deciding what not to build becomes difficult. Constraints force prioritisation.

That is one of the ideas I want to carry into the 90-day build. The goal is not to create everything. It is to create something real and get it into the hands of users.
